10.11.09 first test flight
Inflatabel connector flown for the first time.
On November 10th the inflatable connector with a dummy chain of correct weight and dimensions but of limited strength was test flown on Flesland Airport outside Bergen in Norway. The ring was inflated and attached to the cargo hook before it was flown and positioned around a cylinder representing the anchor windlass. The pilots involved reported above expections flying capabilities of the ring.
